1. General

1.2. The Company specializes in online sales of clothing items, accessories, and fashion products (hereinafter: the “Products”). The Website is intended to promote the Company’s brand, present and market the Products to customers, and enable online purchases and contacting the Company (hereinafter: the “Purpose of the Website”).
1.3. This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Website Terms of Use. The definitions appearing in the Terms of Use shall apply also to this Privacy Policy, and the provisions of this Privacy Policy are in addition to the Website Terms. 1.4. This Privacy Policy applies to all users with respect to any use of the Website, including browsing, making purchases, registering, entering information, viewing content, accessing the Website’s code, and using the various interfaces.
1.5. The Company reserves the right to change, update, amend, or expand this Privacy Policy. Any change to the Privacy Policy shall take effect upon its publication on the Company’s Website, and continued use of the Website after such publication shall constitute consent to the updated terms.
1.6. The Website is used to sell Products directly. In order to make a purchase, you will be required to provide identification details, a shipping address, and payment details.
1.7. The Company treats the privacy of the Website’s users with respect and seriousness. Therefore, before using the Website, you are requested to read this Privacy Policy carefully. This is a legal document that constitutes a binding agreement between the user and the Company.

1.13. The user declares that he is aware that he is under no legal obligation to provide information voluntarily to the Website, and that any information he provides is given of his free will, for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy and in the Website Terms.
1.14. It is hereby clarified to the user that any collection, use, storage, sharing, and other processing activities carried out by the Company with respect to personal information in its possession are performed in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981 (the “Privacy Protection Law”), the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777–2017 (the “Data Security Regulations”), the Privacy Protection Regulations (Instructions Regarding Information Transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area), 5783–2023, the Telecommunications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742–1982 (the “Telecommunications Law”), as well as any other applicable law or regulation in force in the State of Israel.
2. Information Collection
2.1. By using the Website, the user authorizes the Company to collect information in the following ways:
2.1.1. Information voluntarily provided by the user while using the Website: including, but not limited to, full name, email address and phone number for contact, shipping address, payment details (excluding full credit card details which are not stored by the Company but by a secure payment service provider), purchase preferences, sizes, details of previous orders, and/or any other data the user may be required to provide for the use of the Website.

It is recommended to avoid entering sensitive personal information in this field, or in any other field, unless necessary.
2.1.2. Information collected by the Company from the user’s activity on the Website: the user’s browsing habits on the Website, including times of use, features used, searches, clicks, pages viewed, Products viewed/purchased/saved in the shopping cart, the URLs from which the user was referred to the Website, advertisements viewed or clicked, information from the user’s browser, the user’s IP address, cookies, and any other information that may be collected from activity on the Website.
2.1.3. Information collected from the user’s communications with the Company: in any communication between the user and the Company, by any means, including telephone, email, chat, the Website itself or in any other manner, the Company may store calls, messages, emails, the contact details of the person making the inquiry, and all information provided during such inquiry, for any purpose, including customer service and service improvement.
3. Use of Information
3.1. The use of information collected by the Company shall be subject to applicable law and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including for the purposes detailed below:
3.1.1. For completing the purchase process, providing the Products to the user’s address, collecting payment, and handling orders (including cancellations, returns, and exchanges).
3.1.2. For offering personalized services and content, and for contacting the user regarding services offered via email and/or any other method.
3.1.3. The Company will use the information in order to maintain contact with its customers and to tailor its services and Products to the user.
3.1.4. The Company will use the information to tailor advertising and marketing content based on the user’s preferences and areas of interest, including displaying advertisements on the Website, sending promotional mailings regarding services and content, and for additional services.
3.1.5. It is hereby clarified that the user may instruct the Company at any time to stop receiving marketing communications by sending an email containing the word “unsubscribe”, via email.
3.1.6. It is hereby clarified that the Company uses the information for direct marketing, including as detailed in Sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 of this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law and the Telecommunications Law, and the user may instruct the Company to cease direct marketing in accordance with such laws.
3.1.7. The Company will use the information for customer service purposes, including responding to feedback and complaints, contacting users when necessary, as well as for research, data analysis, and statistical purposes. Such use shall be made for the purpose of improving the service and/or providing information to third parties, including advertisers.
3.1.8. The Company will use the information for its defense in any proceeding related to a dispute, claim, lawsuit, legal compliance, complaint handling, legal proceedings, suspected fraud and/or prohibited behavior contrary to the Terms of Use.
3.1.9. The Company will use the information in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Storage of Information
4.1. The information collected by the Company will be stored in databases of the Company and/or of third parties providing services to the Company (including payment service providers, shipping providers, cloud storage services), in accordance with applicable law and, in particular, the Privacy Protection Law and its regulations, including the Data Security Regulations.
4.2. As stated above, the Company may also store personal information for direct marketing purposes.
4.3. The Company will store the personal information it collects for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of use set out in this Privacy Policy.
4.4. The Company implements accepted and reasonable data-protection and information-security measures in accordance with the Data Security Regulations, taking into account the scope and nature of the information collected, and makes great efforts to protect the privacy of users and minimize the risk of information leakage to other parties. However, it is clarified that the Company cannot guarantee full and absolute protection of the information, nor that third parties will not gain unauthorized access to such information. Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to a user as a result of information theft and/or alteration and/or misuse of information by third parties, through hacking, intrusions, malfunctions, and disruptions on the Website that are beyond the Company’s control.
4.5. In order to help the Company protect the user’s personal information in the best possible way, the user is responsible for avoiding transfer and/or exposure of his personal details, including to third parties. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to a user as a result of the user’s own omissions in failing to protect his personal information as described above.
5. Sharing of Information
5.1. The Company may transfer to third parties information collected by it that may personally identify the user, in the cases detailed below:
5.1.1. Transfer of information to service providers essential for the completion of the purchase, such as shipping providers for delivery of the Products, payment service providers for payment collection, and providers of information storage and security services.
5.1.2. Transfer of information for the provision of services offered to users by the Company, as well as for making offers to users relating to such services that may be of interest to them.
5.1.3. Transfer of information required for sending publications to users as detailed in this Privacy Policy, via direct marketing or otherwise; and transfer of information for various statistical analyses used by the Company for customer service and service improvement.
5.1.4. Transfer of information required to prevent harm to users and/or third parties, all at the Company’s sole discretion.
5.1.5. Transfer of information required by law, by court order, or pursuant to an instruction issued by a lawfully authorized authority.
5.1.6. Transfer of information in any case where the user has breached, or is about to breach, the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, or is performing actions prohibited by law, in order to address such actions and breaches.
5.1.7. Transfer of information for legal proceedings in which the Company is involved.
5.1.8. Transfer of information to other companies within the Company group (if any), provided that such companies act in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5.1.9. Transfer of information to another entity in any case of reorganization of the Company and/or merger with a third party, provided that the receiving entity undertakes to act in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
5.1.10. Transfer of anonymous, pseudonymous and/or statistical information to other companies or organizations for the ongoing operation of the Website, at the Company’s sole discretion, provided that the Company does not disclose the user’s identity in such transfer.
6. Access to Information, Correction, and Deletion
6.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, any person is entitled to contact the Company to review information collected about him and stored in the Company’s database. The user is also entitled to request that such information be amended, corrected, or deleted.
6.2. The request must be made in writing and sent via the email address specified in this Privacy Policy.
6.3. Any requests for access to information, as well as requests for amendment, correction, or deletion of information, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, in particular, the Privacy Protection Law, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and Procedures for Appeals Against Refusal to Grant a Request for Review), 5741–1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Instructions Regarding Information Transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area), 5783–2023.
6.4. Notwithstanding the above, the Company may retain in its database information about the user collected independently by the Company and/or information not required for contacting the user, such as information needed by the Company for its business operations.
6.5. If the Company refuses a user’s request to delete, correct and/or allow access to information, the Company shall notify the user of the reason for such refusal in the manner prescribed by the Privacy Protection Law and regulations.
6.6. If the Company does not respond to the user’s request to access information, correct it and/or delete it within the period specified by law, the lack of response shall be deemed a refusal of the user’s request, in accordance with Sections 5 and 7 of the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and Procedures for Appeals Against Refusal to Grant a Request for Review), 5741–1981.
7. Third-Party Links
7.1. The Website may contain links to websites and/or services of third parties that are not under the responsibility of the Company and are not subject to this Privacy Policy. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to a user as a result of providing information to such third parties and/or due to a breach of privacy practices by such third parties. The Company recommends that users review the privacy policy of any website they use.
8. Assignment of Rights
8.1. The Company may transfer and/or assign its rights or obligations, including the transfer of information relating to the user, to any third party, all in accordance with this Privacy Policy, provided that such third party confirms in writing its undertaking to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

9.1. The Company reserves the right to update its Privacy Policy at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. This entire Privacy Policy and any dispute arising from or related to it shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of the Tel Aviv District shall have exclusive and sole jurisdiction over any legal proceedings between the parties to this agreement.
