Shipping Policy

1.1. Delivery times: We ship orders as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times to the customer’s address are up to 14 business days (business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, and official days of rest).

1.2. Pre-sale: Orders made as part of a pre-sale are subject to different delivery times, which will be explicitly stated in the product description and during the checkout process.

1.3. Delays: The Company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery that is not under its control, including delays resulting from force majeure, strikes, delays by the courier company, or the customer’s unavailability to receive the shipment.

1.4. Incorrect address: Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address is accurate. In the event of an incorrect address that results in the return of the shipment, the customer will bear the cost of an additional delivery.
