Returns and Exchanges

(in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law)

1.1. The Company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and its regulations.

1.2. Return period: The customer may cancel a transaction and return a Product within 14 business days from the date of receiving the Product, subject to the conditions detailed below.

1.3. Conditions for return/exchange:

1.3.1. Returned or exchanged Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tag attached.

1.3.2. Size exchange / personal preference: Exchange of an item due to a size change or personal preference shall be made subject to a return shipping fee of 30 NIS (or any other amount specified by the Company), and subject to available stock.

1.3.3. Credit / refund: A full monetary refund (less cancellation fees as permitted by law, if applicable) will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days from the date the Product is received at the Company’s warehouse and inspected.
